1. Quality of TV.
Don't concentrate on a single famous brand, go for quality and desired results in market.
2. Display Resolution.

It depends on size of room and viewings distance.
- If the viewing distance is 6 to 8 feet than size 32" is OK
- For Distance is 8 - 10 feet than 40" preferably good
- If you are setting TV in big hall than go for minimum 50" screen size
