1. Quality of TV.
Don't concentrate on a single famous brand, go for quality and desired results in market.
2. Display Resolution.
Resolution is picture displaying quality. It measures in width height or PPI (pixel per inch density). How much it increases the quality of picture increases. The current available resolutions are as follow.
- HD 1280 × 720. Normally available in basic TV

It depends on size of room and viewings distance.
- If the viewing distance is 6 to 8 feet than size 32" is OK
- For Distance is 8 - 10 feet than 40" preferably good
- If you are setting TV in big hall than go for minimum 50" screen size
