Difference between Design & Build, EPC and Turnkey.
EPC and TURNKEY are same and differs from design build in the sense it covers most of the risks
for cost increases on a lumpsum basis for a more firmer project cost as investor need a more certain price.
Design Build; Employer not responsible for design but bear all risks on cost increases as per agreement on the basis of "Who is best in a position to bear it"
