How to pin any folder to task bar in windows 8.
> Right click on desktop
> New > shortcut
> Browse > select folder
> insert words "explorer" before path name and give a space
> Click Next > Give name your folder > Finish
> The folder is shown on desktop > right click on folder
> Click on Pin to TaskbBar
