Day-1: we start by a very simple example, We have to make and present the tea to our guest,
1- very 1st i switched on electric kettle and put in the water for boiling.i think that boiling of water will take 10 minutes,
2- then i decided to go to shop for taking tea, sugar and milk in the mean time. it took 8 mintes.
3- I mixed up the tea for 2 mintues.
4- I present the tea to guest in 2 minutes.
this all process consumed 12 minutes. think the time consumption, if i do the activities after each completion then it total time will be 10+8+2+2=22.
but during the boiling of water no need to stop there and i can go to shop for taking other required things so i can save 8 mintues by this. very nice this is planing. now total spent time is 10+2=12 minutes
22-12= 10 mintes i saved 10 minutes by planing.
