If you wake up feeling refreshed and energized, you're likely getting the right amount of rest. On the other hand, if you're feeling tired and irritable, it might be a sign you're not getting enough sleep.



 Additionally, keep track of the duration of your sleep. While it may seem obvious, checking in daily can help you identify patterns in your sleep cycle.
